Our client, a Singapore-based engineering firm founded in 1993, provides specialized solutions for the marine, offshore, petrochemical, and construction sectors, with a strong emphasis on quality and certified standards.

**Job Scope**:

- Handling customer sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures.
- Coordinate with departments such as sales, production, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Preparing quotations and job sheets, particularly for custom projects
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing databases, and inventory levels using ERP or internal systems.
- Supporting the sales team administratively and collaborating with the quality team to ensure adherence to ISO standards and documentation requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min GCE 'O' Levels
- Min 2 years of sales coordinator/admin experience
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.

Working Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week Mon - Fri 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm

**Salary**: $3,000 - $3,500
