Singapore SWP CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

1. Responsible for Financial and Treasury Accounting.

2. Handle cash flow management, budgeting and forecast.

3. Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for submission to management.

4. Responsible for GST quarterly submission and yearly audit.

5. Coordinate and communicate on a regular basis with the Controller and Director of Company while ensuring to advise of any anticipated problem in advance to be able to take corrective action in a proactive basis.

6. Coordinate with the Controller and Director to prepare the annual budget and forecasts to ensure cost control and predetermined levels of profit and to enforce the budgets.

7. Maintain all bank accounts and monthly reconcile.

8. Perform audits on a regular basis to verify transactions.

9. Track all company assets and liabilities. Maintain files on loans, vehicle, and so on.

10. Comply with and enforce all governmental laws, policies and regulations.

11. Ensure the confidentiality of all company records and documents.

12. Perform ad-hoc accounting/finance responsibilities and due diligence.

13. Performs other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:
1. A minimum of 3 years working experience in mid-size to large Construction company is preferred.

2. Familiar with FRS115 construction contracts.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word and **ABSS (MYOB) **accounting software preferred.

4. Degree in Accounting or with relevant certificate (e.g. ACCA)

5. Able to work in fast pace working environment.

1. Possess with positive working and learning attitude.

2. Ability to work under pressure, independently, multi-task and be organised.

3. Able to speak Mandarin so as to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.
