Part-time Baker

Since its inception in 2013, The Black Hole Group and its concepts such as Tipo, Working Title, Ela and more, continue to create quality culinary concepts, celebrate artisanality, and cultivate experience.

Our in-house pasta, breads, and pastries, a priority for the group over the past few years, have led to the creation of Granary, a growing hive of catering and event spaces outside The Black Hole’s illustrious brick and mortar concepts.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Ownership - you think and act like a business owner, not a worker

- Passion - you have a passion for crafting delectable breads
- Experience - 1 year commercial baking (preferred)

**You will**:

- Focus on producing a variety of breads and viennoiseries
- Learn and follow standardised recipes and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
