**Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and creative mid-level Design and Multimedia Designer to join our creative team at CÉ LA VI Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting and producing captivating multimedia and visual content that defines the essence of our vibrant lifestyle brand. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design and Multimedia Creation: Collaborate with the design team to develop visual concepts, graphics, and multimedia content for various projects, including but not limited to brochures, social media posts, logos, banners, marketing materials, and video content.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) for still graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create and edit visuals and videos.
- Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to design and multimedia challenges, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure that design and multimedia concepts align with project objectives, and meet deadlines for both graphics and video production.
- Quality Assurance: Review and proof designs and multimedia content to ensure accuracy and quality before final production or publication. This includes video editing, sound design, and other multimedia components.
- Video Production: Create and edit videos, including shooting and post-production tasks such as video cutting, color correction, audio enhancement, and special effects. Ensure the production of high-quality, engaging video content.
- Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design and multimedia critiques, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement in both graphic and video design processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. A diploma in a relevant field is also acceptable.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Proficiency in other design tools and multimedia software is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated creativity with the ability to conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals, multimedia content, and video productions. Strong attention to detail is essential, whether working on static graphics or dynamic video content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. This is especially important when collaborating on multimedia projects, where clear communication is crucial.
- A demonstrable growth mindset is required, as is the ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and multimedia design work, including video editing and production, is highly desirable. The portfolio should demonstrate your ability to create compelling visuals and engaging multimedia content.
