**About the role**:
As an Algorithm Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our innovation engine, contributing to the development and optimization of algorithms that drive the heart of our AI products. You'll work in a collaborative environment, surrounded by fellow enthusiasts who appreciate the art and science behind efficient algorithms.

**You will**:

- Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for our cutting-edge computer vision algorithms to build the next generation of eKYC products (including document OCR, face recognition and liveness detection) for customer onboarding processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, business teams to understand requirements, identify issues for our technical roadmap, and integrate advanced algorithms into our technology stack.
- Collaborate closely with Platform team to build and optimize internal autoML pipeline
- Identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement optimizations of cutting-edge algorithm techniques to enhance the efficiency and speed of our algorithms and products.
- Develop robust testing frameworks to validate the correctness and reliability of algorithms, ensuring they perform optimally in diverse scenarios.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning or a related field.
- Solid background in algorithms, data structure and object-oriented programming
- Strong coding skills, preferably in languages such as Python, C++
- Good background in machine learning and deep learning platforms
- Track record of successfully delivering high performance ML-driven products
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-growing company.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
