Senior Associate/ Manager, Integrated Marketing

[What the role is]

The Integrated Marketing team is part of EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division. Collectively, we oversee the Singapore business brand; coordinate all of EDB’s advertising needs; and execute campaigns promoting Singapore’s attractiveness as a destination to companies. Our goal is to build awareness of Singapore amongst international businesses and talent; and to translate this awareness into tangible interest from these audiences in moving to Singapore.

[What you will be working on]

As a Senior Associate/Manager (Integrated Marketing), you will support several workstreams across the Integrated Marketing team, primarily our multi-channel campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:
Integrated campaign execution, optimisation, and tracking- Developing campaign assets, including content, ads, and visuals - these can be developed internally with other teams in the BMC division (such as content marketing) or with external partners, based on objectives- Securing and executing partnerships with event organisers, professional services providers, vendors, and other partners in service of campaign objectives.- Regularly reporting campaign performance to internal stakeholders and management; recommend mid-campaign optimisations as needed; and incorporate post-campaign learnings into future campaigns.- Managing campaign timelines and ensuring key milestones are on schedule.

Integrated campaign strategy and planning- Supporting campaign lead(s) in defining overall campaign objectives, messaging, target audience, user journeys, and success metrics/KPIs.- Supporting campaign lead(s) in recommending an ideal channel mix across owned, earned, and paid channels to achieve campaign objectives; this can include digital channels and offline channels such as events.- Socialising campaign strategy with internal stakeholders, including senior management, other marketing teams, and EDB’s client-facing industry groups, to obtain the necessary approvals and informal buy-in to successfully execute the campaign.

You may be asked to execute these responsibilities for more than one campaign.

Other ad hoc responsibilities- Depending on business needs, you may be asked to support other integrated marketing work led by other team members. This could include supporting the execution of other marketing campaigns through events, partnerships, and paid media.- Governing and driving adoption of Brand SG and EDB assets and toolkits, including visual assets, design templates, and merchandise

[What we are looking for]

Get in touch if you have:
- At least 4 years’ brand marketing and/or paid media experience, preferably in B2B or public sector, as part of a marketing agency or as part of a corporate/government brand marketing team- A proven track record of executing paid media or integrated marketing campaigns, with demonstrable success- Experience supervising and working with marketing vendors such as creative agencies and market research firms- Strong business (B2B) writing and copyediting skills- (preferred) Experience with Singapore government procurement processes- A degree in relevant disciplines including, but not limited to Marketing, Economics, Statistics, New Media, and Mass Communication
