**The Opportunity**:
This Intern position reports and interfaces with a member of the Project Management Team. The trainee will be involved in the process of project managing clinical trials for novel therapies. They may also be involved in supporting departmental initiatives that will contribute to improving processes and overall project management of clinical trials.

**Assignment Scope & Learning Opportunities**:
(Under the guidance)
- Support of Project Managers and Project Management Analysts in project managing clinical trials
- Gain an understanding of various aspects of project managing a clinical trial, including the roles and responsibilities of those involved in this delivery
- Update Project/Clinical Trial Management Systems and Trial Master Files
- Contribute to data gathering, review and analysis for relevant projects and initiatives
- Complete parts of the Project Management Analyst Onboarding Plan and other relevant training as applicable
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by a manager in the project management department

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Biosciences, Pharmacy, etc.
- Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- General awareness clinical trial environment and drug development process
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
