We are looking for a customer-centric strategist to grow our customer loyalty within the SEA markets You will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience, maximizing lifetime value, reducing customer churn and achieving our customer lifetime value sales goals.
You will lead the overall customer lifecycle engagement strategy and champion full lifecycle campaigns that powers customer engagement and drives lifetime value.
What you will be doing
- Partner across Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Digital Marketing teams to bring our retention vision to life, delivering measurable increases across lifetime value and retention rates, revenue goals, and brand affinity.
- Refine our existing loyalty program through PDCA to achieve our customer acquisition and loyalty goals.
- Review & improve our customer journey flow including registration, loyalty program experience and benefits. Collaborate with IT teams and in-country CRM teams to drive initiatives and execute.
- Constantly evaluate program performance and actively look into opportunities to promote the loyalty program and achieve customer loyalty targets. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to design and deploy relevant and meaningful loyalty program communications and activities.
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or other relevant fields
- More than 3 years of experience in loyalty & reward marketing; preferably with experience in designing loyalty and reward program
- Demonstrated ability to understand the key drivers of performance and turn insights into action
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong listener and critical thinker with the ability and enthusiasm to make sense of complex issues
- Results-driven and an obsession with enhancing customer experience creatively
- Strong interpersonal skills
