- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily routine facility jobs and repair work orders as assigned.
- Troubleshoot equipment/ facility breakdown and carry out basic repairs.
- Supervise vendors’/ service providers’ activities on daily routine facilities and maintenance work to ensure equipment/facility is maintained in full operational status.
- Maintain all site facilities in optimum condition. Ensure all documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion.
- Handle special projects/ assignments as assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.
- Supervise and train Facility Technicians on facility/maintenance systems to enhance their knowledge and skill sets.
- Lead in Root Cause Analysis for equipment/facility breakdowns.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs by reviewing operations and maintenance reports and statistics.
- Inspect and maintain operating equipment/facility and systems with operational standards for facility services.
