**Job Description & Requirements**:
A Marketing Executive shall undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, work with colleagues in relevant company departments and company business agents to develop marketing plans, implement and evaluate activities in support of 3E's strategic objectives and revenue targets. Key responsibilities are listed as below.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions. (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Working hours are generally normal, but you may need to attend events after working hours. There may be travel involved in the role - for example, when meeting clients and exhibitions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, equivalent or higher, with a major in a related marketing engineering or science
- A team player with positive working attitude, responsible and able to work independently
- Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- IT skills, including social media and video editing.
- Creativity, writing and design skills
- You are a self-starter who can handle changing requirements and work under tight timelines.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2500 - S$ 4200
