Our client, an American MNC, is a Global leader in Building Automation & Energy Efficiency solutions. They have won numerous awards in the HVAC and BMS space and are now expanding their footprint in SEA. Towards this they are looking for passionate individuals to join their team here in Singapore.

**Customer Support Engineer**

Required Experience: 4- 6 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, modify, and commission HVAC products.
- Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate activities on-site.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems.
- Review and ensure compliance with project components, including drawings, reports, specifications, and studies.
- Prepare project requirements and deliverables such as drawings, specifications, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), reports, etc.
- Collaborate with the Support Manager and clients to stay updated on project developments.
- Prepare material purchase requests with clear specifications and correct quantities.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of the required materials to the site.

**Work Experience**:

- 4-6 years of experience in the HVAC/Electrical industry.
- Proficiency in inspecting, servicing, repairing, and installing various HVAC systems.
- Working knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and equipment controls.
- Design expertise in ducting, chilled water piping design, heat load calculation, etc.
- Experience in material control and reconciliation.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in BE/BTech or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical from premier institutions.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical products.
- Knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.
- Experience living or working in different countries within the relevant geography, demonstrating the ability to connect with potential partners and clients.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing trends and technologies, displaying passion and enthusiasm for the role.
- Ability to envision the big picture and plan for long-term goals and challenges, showcasing vision and team spirit.
