**What the role is**
- ServiceSG is a department under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We seek to integrate the delivery of services across public agencies, to serve citizens better, and in a more citizen centric manner.
This role entails supporting Service Transformation and Planning (ST&P) branch - in partnership with GovTech - to liaise and coordinate with partners (including public sector agencies, social service agencies, external partners, translators and GovTech developers) to update, maintain and refine the content on SupportGoWhere (SGW). SGW is a portal that currently houses over 100 schemes and services offered by 82 different agencies for various areas of need.

**What you will be working on**
- Your role is primarily to support GovTech and ServiceSG ST&P in onboarding more agencies and content onto SGW and/or backend system(s) by:

- Organising training sessions, preparing and updating editorial guidelines and materials to onboard new agencies onto SGW and/or backend systems;
- Generating and updating content on SGW and/or backend systems, which may involve re-writing of content (where necessary) to ensure that the content adhere to SGW’s editorial requirements;
- Customising content on SGW and/or backend systems to ensure that the content is purpose-fit for use by ServiceSG channels (including WOG Call Centre);
- Liaising and coordinating with ServiceSG staff, public sector agencies, social service agencies, external partners to update/verify content on SGW and/or backend systems;
- Liaising and coordinating with translators and GovTech developers to ensure that content on SGW and/or backend systems is updated/uploaded/verified promptly;
- Responding/redirecting queries pertaining to SGW and/or backend systems;
- Working closely with the team to create, review, re-design and standardise the data taxonomy / infrastructure for SGW and/or other backend systems.
- Working closely with the team to migrate existing and new content on SGW and/or other backend systems to fit any revisions in data taxonomy / infrastructure.
