**Responsibilities**:

- Provide SME expertise and advisory support in Transaction Monitoring technology related matters
- Produce and understand technology related documentation (including functional and technical design documents, system architectural diagrams, etc.)
- Understand in detail key components of a Transaction Monitoring system (Customer segmentation, entity resolution, wire message parsing, Transaction type mapping, Tuning, TM scenario logic, etc.)
- Ensure Transaction Monitoring related incidences are properly managed, escalated and socialised with the relevant stakeholders at a local, regional and global level
- Perform root cause analysis on issues raised by Actimize users in the APAC region
- Manage and address technology queries/requests raised by a wide variety of stakeholders
- Effectively communicate outages and system incidences
- Work collaboratively across functional and technology teams
- Communicate accurately and efficiently with local, regional and global stakeholders to collect business/user requirements and details about issues, deficiencies or queries raised by the Actimize users
- Plan, arrange and conduct meetings/teleconferences as necessary to ensure that the FinCrime platforms are working as expected (note: occasional late night/early morning calls can be expected to resolve critical issues)
- Strict adherence to SLAs and issue resolution timelines (including status tracking and escalation when required in a timely manner
- Generate and distribute weekly/monthly metrics for reporting purposes as required
- Assist in any other ad-hoc systems related tasks

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the banking and finance industry, with minimum 2 years of experience with Nice Actimize software in Transaction Monitoring module
- Experience in Project management
- Experience in incidence management is preferred
- Experience in coding and data management is a must
- Good understanding of Transaction Monitoring systems is a must
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in leading or at least playing an active/first-hand role in implementing Transaction Monitoring technology based solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management
- Experience in conflict resolution, consensus building and management of competing priorities
- Confident and comfortable in dealing with senior management/stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours from time to time due to time zone differences
- Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
