JOB DESCRIPTION:

- The key responsibility of the Marketing Executive is to serve customers by promoting and providing information on the company's products and services, meeting customer needs.
- The various tasks that you are required to perform, contribute to the profitability and growth of the company.
- Ensure customers are served on time and resolve their queries and complaints accordingly.
- Ensure regular follow-up on customer suggestions box and communicate with Branch in Charge.
- Ensure regular market activities update and communicate with HOD accordingly.
- Ensure the front premises pleasantly and having sufficient vouchers and marketing collaterals are placed for customers Information.
- Actively organizing and planning customer day events and Update on complaint social media sites and submitting report day end of event and activities.
- Any deviations of the marketing plan/ activities are to be submitted to the Branch in Charge by the 1stweek of the month.
- Promoter is required to relieve counter staff in data entry, customer service, and cash handling if there is an urgent need.
- Submit sales reports to BIC on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Ensure teamwork and instill discipline in the workplace.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum High School Diploma and 6 months of relevant experience is required.
- Applicants must be able to converse in English and 1 (ONE) of the following languages: Hindi due to its business nature.
- Experience in communication and dealing with foreign customers.
- Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays on a rotation basis.
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills and love to interact with people from all walks of life.
- Sales oriented and passionate about achieving sales targets.
- Maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance while at work.

1. 500 Old Choa Chu Kang Road, Sungei Tengah Lodge, Singapore

2. 6 Tuas South Street 15, CDPL Tuas Dormitory, Singapore

3. Mandai Estate, Singapore

4. Westlite Dormitory, Jalan Papan, Singapore

Working Hours:
2:00PM to 10:00PM (weekdays);
