**Job Description - Senior Manager**:
The Senior Manager is a managerial role and will work towards fulfilling the key strategies of HFCAS. The Senior Manager will work and report directly to the elected Secretary-General and President who serves on the Executive Committee. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the association’s strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of key projects and programs. The individual will work closely with Executive Committee to drive ecosystem development, facilitate industry engagement, and manage initiatives that promote hydrogen technologies. The Senior Manager is required to have good people’s skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively, provide support and clear direction to the secretariat team. As HFCAS will be leveraging on EnterpriseSG’s LEAD (Local Enterprise and Association Development Porgrammes), the Senior Manager should have some background or have been involved in the LEAD programme.

**Reports To: Secretary General and President of HFCAS
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with members of the association to understand their needs, provide support, and drive value for the industry as a whole.
- Maintain close communication with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on key initiatives and the association’s progress.
- Represent the association at industry meetings, forums, and public engagements to strengthen relationships and promote collaboration.

**2. **Assistance in Operational and Financial Management**:

- Support the Secretary General in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the association, including budget management, resource allocation, and team coordination.
- Ensure operational efficiency and implement best practices in processes and workflows.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Proven Managerial Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in the energy, sustainability, or hydrogen sector, with a strong track record of delivering results. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from industry leaders to policymakers.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Good understanding of hydrogen, fuel cell technologies, and the energy transition landscape, is preferred.
- **Project Management**:Ability to plan and execute projects, programs, and events, with proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
- **Communication Skills**:Good in social media, and written communication skills.

**Operational Management**:Experience in managing budgets, operations, and teams, with a focus on achieving organizational goals efficiently.
