About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. **Responsibilities**: - Excavate the existing problems and unreasonable processes in the organization, establish new processes, and improve the efficiency of organizational collaboration. - Support and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously working closely with the XFN, ensuring alignment across global teams on goals, plans, and deliverables. - Develop and own accurate project timelines, master project calendar, work-back schedules, roadmaps, meetings notes, tracking documents, and other documentation as needed; foresee and triage blockers and issues before they arise. **Qualifications**: - 3+ years of experience in fast-paced organization; experience in large, complex global organizations is preferred. - Extensive direct project management or related work experience. - Excellent organizational and time management skills; impeccable attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams across multiple countries in different time-zones. - Highly skilled at guiding and aligning multiple stakeholders towards an outcome.
