Job Description: Logistics and Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics and Sales Executive to join our team. As a Logistics and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of products from manufacturing to distribution to the end customer. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Logistics Management:Plan and coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods to customers.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Manage relationships with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Sales and Business Development:Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prospect and engage with new customers to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Relationship Management:Collaborate with internal teams, including production, procurement, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Communicate and negotiate with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the supply chain.

**Requirements**:

- Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics management, sales, or a related field.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer relationships.
- Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Additional Requirements:Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events.
Knowledge of international trade and import/export regulations is a plus.
