Job Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, including monthly promotions, brand partnerships, and seasonal campaigns

Ensure smooth end-to-end rollout of campaigns from concept to execution

Drive buzz and engagement for the brand across platforms

Digital Marketing Management

Manage SHIOK BURGER’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including content creation, paid ads, and community engagement

Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and food bloggers to grow brand visibility

Track ad performance and make data-driven optimizations

Brand Consistency & Creative Coordination

Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice

Liaise with outlets, designers, photographers, and delivery platforms to ensure cohesive messaging

Balance brand consistency with creative innovation

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize future marketing efforts

Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and the latest in the F&B landscape

**Requirements**:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or QSR sectors

Social media savvy with a strong grasp of trends and youth engagement

Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Bilingual in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills

Passionate about food and ready to bring bold creative ideas to life
