**Your new job: Paid Social Manager | Facebook Ads | Google Ads | Meta**:
This is a growth role and you will be dedicated to working with **at least 2 accounts **in developing their Paid Social Ads across media platforms. You will also be **guided by a team of digital media experts**.
- Ensure best delivery across the team’s portfolio of clients
- Work closely with Paid Social team on the accounts
- Day-to-day management of Paid Social campaigns
- Supporting, coaching and mentoring junior team members to produce work to the highest of standards, in line with agency values.
- Success will be measured through meeting and exceeding client targets both in terms of results as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Produce case studies to showcase your work and help the agency demonstrate excellence

**What we would like you to bring**:
As the new Paid Social Manager | Facebook Ads | Google Ads | Meta we need from you:

- At least 4 years of Paid Social experience managing campaigns
- Understanding of trends in results data, providing commentary and actions
- Ability to investigate variances in results using relevant industry tools, providing the 'why' and potential remedies
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
- Passionate about the internet and technology, with a keen interest in the development of Paid Social as a channel, keeping track of new developments within the industry
