**What the role is**
- As Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the Agency Engagement team, you are part of a team seeking to deepen our engagement and strategic partnerships with other public sector agencies. You support capability development by managing a portfolio of public sector agencies, as their primary engagement touchpoint in accessing CSC’s suite of learning interventions that address their learning priorities. If you value building strong relationships and networks, and resonate with the impact of human capital development through learning, this is the role for you.

**What you will be working on**
- This role will expose you to conduct preliminary learning needs analyses, and develop your people-skills as you facilitate and enable collaborations between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will hone your analytical mind as you diagnose and identify learning trends and needs, and sense-make data aggregated from the collective engagements and interactions with agencies. You will also tap into your creativity in developing and executing a range of stakeholder engagement initiatives, contributing towards an engaged learning and development community in the Singapore Public Service.

- Strong analytical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to think and sense-make critically will be an advantage.
