DESIGNATION : Plant Controller

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in monthly closing including preparing analytical reports, commentaries and Financial Statement for BU consolidation.
- Responsible for reconciliation of manufacturing financial results with Group HFM
- Prepare and Analyse all Financial reports for Parent company
- Coordinate with Corp Finance to prepare, Analyse and submit management reports for Senior management and Parent company
- Coordinate with Strategy team to work on cost models for Parent company
- Participate in the preparation of Annual Budget and Monthly/Quarterly Forecast for BU consolidation.
- Carry out continuous reviews of accounting practices and process to ensure efficient and cost effective.
- Participate in the development of Power BI report projects
- Participate in standardization and improvement of BI reports
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting /ACCA or equivalent with 3 year working experience.
- Preferably with 3 year minimum of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment including cost accounting exposure preferably.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is a must particularly on FI (Finance) module and CO (costing) modules.
- Positive work attitude, self-starter and able to work independently.
- Excellent Excel and numeracy skills combined with an inquiring and analytical mind.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial personnel.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment under pressure and deadline driven.
