**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Lesson Planning & Execution**
- Develop and implement daily and weekly lesson plans based on our curriculum, ensuring a balanced approach to learning.
- Create stimulating learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.

**Child Supervision & Safety**
- Monitor the children's interactions, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain an understanding of children's medical and dietary needs.

**Parental Communication**
- Foster open communication with parents, sharing daily updates, milestones, and areas for development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide periodic progress reports.

**Classroom Management**
- Organize and maintain a clean and tidy classroom that caters to children's safety and their educational needs.
- Effectively manage children's behavior using positive disciplinary techniques.

**Continuous Development & Collaboration**
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and dynamic learning environment.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- L2
