**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage the large model algorithm team, and develop the technology roadmap.
- Deeply involved in the research of core technologies such as large model pre-training, SFT, and reinforcement learning.
- Responsible for the product landing of algorithms, transforming research results into real business value.
- Track the forefront of AI technology development and maintain the team's technological leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of algorithm development experience, 3+ years of algorithm team management experience.
- Solid theoretical foundation in machine learning and deep learning, familiar with Transformer, BERT, and other model architectures.
- Rich experience in large model pre-training, SFT, RLHF, etc.
- Familiar with Agent, RAG, AIGC technologies, and have relevant project landing experience.
- Have research experience in NLP, CV fields, and have published relevant papers.
- Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and have good programming skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, able to lead the team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience working in a large company is preferred.
- Proficient in chinese in order to alias **Mandarin**speaking colleagues and customers.
