**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain visual standards in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring consistency across all stores.
- Plan and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups to drive traffic and enhance the shopping experience.
- Work closely with store managers and regional teams to understand store-specific needs and tailor visual presentations accordingly.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product presentation standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback and guidance to store teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate promotional campaigns and product launches into visual merchandising displays.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage the budget allocated for visual merchandising activities and optimize spending to achieve maximum impact.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of visual merchandising team members, ensuring the right talent is identified and developed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry, preferably in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising tools and techniques, including layout design, color theory, and product presentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
- Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed.
