**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct Classroom documentation training
- Conduct OJT & assessment
- Develop Training Syllabus and Training Assessment
- Develop Training Plan and OJT Log
- Record and file all documents (Training/Course attendance & update Training Matrix)
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
- Possess Train the Trainer qualification
- 1 to 2 years of working experience as a trainer or 2 to 3 years of working experience in aviation field
- Aviation Human Factor Error Management
- Good understanding of Mechanical/Electronic aspect in Cabin Maintenance Operation
