**Bakery Category Lead**:
**SUMMARY**:
- Our client is looking for a passionate and committed Bakery Category Lead to grow their bakery business across Retail, Foodservice and MICE channels. They are one of the largest food importer, distributor and manufacturing company in Singapore.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Deeply understand company’s market, channels and customers to drive overall category growth**:

- **Be the expert on company’s buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria**:

- **Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on company’s competition and how they are positioned**:

- **Partner with Production, Sales, and Marketing to identify future product opportunities and define a product roadmap incorporating customer insights competitive differentiators and feedback from all GTM teams**:

- **Lead product rollouts end-to-end, including value proposition design, target client identification, operational readiness, GTM planning and execution, technical training, and customer buy-in and adoption**:

- **Translate technical product SOPs into customer-facing training materials with a focus on positioning, benefits, and differentiation**:

- **Construct/Plan Bakery Product roadmap, define positioning for new products and translate features into differentiated customer benefits**:

- **Build and scale standard methodologies to drive efficient solutions adoption and new product activation**:

- **Partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, vendors and third parties to ensure high quality and excellence in execution**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in a fast-paced and high-growth commercial, technical and operations role in the bakery industry, with proven sales track records.
- Experience with building a customer acquisition strategy across different channels.
- Demonstrated track record of building bakery product roadmap customized to different channels
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’t working.
- Familiar and comfortable working with a variety of cultures and global teams.
- Consistent record to collaborate and influence efficiently across multiple teams cross-functionally.
- Current knowledge of Singapore bakery industry, players, and trends.
- Possess business acumen and good communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, partnered with a positive attitude and high learning agility, and can take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to build a new growth category ‘from scratch’, be ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- An affinity for problem solving and ability to discuss, facilitate and implement solutions cross-functionally.
