**About Aprisium**

**Role Overview**
We are looking for an HR & Executive Support Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations while also supporting Aprisium’s leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of HR experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**HR Operations**
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate training, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
**Executive Support**
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking action items.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for leadership team members.
- Support leadership communications (drafting memos, organizing team updates).
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations; exposure to executive/administrative support is a plus.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
