**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Management Trainee focusing on Secretariat Support, you will be responsible for the following:
**1. Organize Seminars and Members Events**:

- Plan and coordinate logistics for seminars and events, ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging and productive member gatherings.

**2. Administer Seminars/Courses Accreditation**:

- Manage the accreditation process for seminars and courses.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance.

**3. Provide Secretariat Support to Committees**:

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials. Attend committee meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

**4. Other Ad-Hoc Duties**:
Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the administrative function.**Qualifications**:

- Diploma from a Polytechnic.
- Entry levels are welcome to apply.
- Organized and with good time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual communication tools such as Zoom.
