**Location**: Changi Road (Nearest MRT Station: Eunos)
**Work Schedule**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays

**What You'll Do**:

- **Active Individualized Support**: Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Engage with students in hands-on activities and personalized educational interventions.
- **Engaged Classroom Instruction**: Lead and manage students in a lively classroom environment, using adaptable strategies and technology to meet various learning styles and needs.
- **Monitor Student Development**: Actively assess and monitor students' progress academically, socially, and behaviorally. Be ready to adapt your approach based on real-time feedback.
- **Holistic Support**: Provide differentiated instruction, making adjustments in the classroom environment and teaching methods to ensure that each student’s needs are met.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work closely with therapists and colleagues to integrate therapeutic goals into the learning experience, ensuring a well-rounded approach to each student’s development.
- **Professional Growth**: Take part in regular training sessions and mentorship programs to continue developing your expertise in special education.
