**What the role is**
- Temporary Senior Executive / Executive for the Enterprise Student Management Project (ESMS) Office

**What you will be working on**

1. Provide administrative and operations support to the ESMS Office, including the following duties and responsibility:

- Take charge of budget and procurement
- Take charge of administration of staff training matters
- Take charge of office administration matters

2. Support the ESMS management team, including the following:

- Filing of documents including eFiling to the departmental portal
- Preparation of meeting and presentation materials and communication of digital materials
- Consolidation of inputs from stakeholders

3. Support activities related to the project, including participate in system testing
4. Any other duties being assigned from time to time.

**What we are looking for**
- 1) Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of working experience.
2) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Sharepoint and Visio tools.
3) Able to handle calculus and numbers.
4) Possess good time management and communication skills (written & spoken).
5) Creative, organised, resourceful, technology savvy, and is a team player.
6) Prior working experience in creation of outreach materials and use of Adobe tools will be advantageous.
