**The Role**
As CFO, you’ll play a critical role in steering the company’s financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and commercial insights. You’ll lead our finance function with a strong focus on investor engagement, business analytics, and strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Fundraising Leadership**
- Lead and manage the company’s equity fundraising process from preparation to execution
- Craft compelling investor narratives and improve the positioning of investor materials
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic storytelling and board presentations

**2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**
- Drive deeper analysis of product mix and revenue streams
- Develop and track core business metrics that inform operational and commercial decisions
- Build robust financial models and scenario planning tools for growth and risk assessment

**3. Strategic Commercial Support**
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and business unit leaders in driving growth and profitability
- Strengthen commercial decision-making by providing clear financial insights and forecasts
- Support internal leaders in building their commercial understanding and business acumen

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in high-growth startups or venture-backed companies
- Strong fundraising track record with VCs or strategic investors
- Deep understanding of FP&A, financial modeling, and SaaS or digital health business metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
