**Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Perform data entry and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including preparing invoices and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve invoice and payment issues.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
