**Bras Basah (walkable distance from Dhoby Ghaut/ Bencoolen MRT)
**Time: Monday to Friday, office hours
**Job Duties**:
Reception
- Responsible for reception management such as receiving calls, courier management, postal mails, ordering of business cards etc.
- Provide excellent and delightful service to employees and guests; assist with enquires and requests
- Anticipate needs, respond promptly, maintain positive customer service experience at all times
- Prompt and accurate data upload and update (e.g. Monthly Scorecard, Workspace Management, Xspace/service request tickets)
- Assist HR and IT in New Hire On-Boarding process (assigning work station, business cards ordering, issue staff pass)
- Maintain a professional and tidy office, responsible for smooth daily office operations Participate in newsletter publication with HR OC or related tasks
Office Support
- Manage relationship with office vendors (e.g. cleaners, office boy, deliveries etc.)
- Order and replenish office stationeries and pantry supplies
- Responsible for staff badge set-up (e.g. badge printing and access card management)
- Support events and festival celebrations execution
- Support Team mates when required Ready to take-on additional roles and responsibilities and/or short term projects when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
- Customer-focused, service oriented, excellent team player
- Fun-loving, enjoys organizing events and office activities.
- Calm flexible approach in handling pressure and deadlines
- Proficient in English and Mandarin and able to type in Chinese Pinyin as the role will need to communicate with the team in HQ China
- Experience in Hospitality / Customer Service role will be advantageous
