**Sales Admin Assistant**
- Processing of Delivery Order, Job Order, etc....
- Prepare Quotation & coordinate with customers
- Update CRM system
- Coordinate with store on inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and customer service team
including filing, data entry and document management
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min Nitec/Diploma in Communication/ administration
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Must be a multi-tasker with good time management
- **Full of initiative, committed, meticulous and able to work independently**
**without much Guidance, Good negotiation skills**
- Computer literate in MS office, outlook
- Those who can start immediately will be preferred
