**Job Description**:
Imagine yourself as part of a small dedicated, passionate, and energic team on a mission to build amazing mobile apps for all Visa Employees to use on their iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. This team is known as the Corporate Mobile Development and is part of the End User Operations organization within Corporate IT. Our mission is to design, develop, test, and release the most amazing native mobile apps for our employees to use from anywhere and everywhere on their Apple devices. Developed in Swift 5.x using the Xcode tool, we pride ourselves on frequent releases, understanding user behavior through usage data, collecting, and analyzing crash log data to understand how to make our next release even better while reviewing user feedback to understand what new features our employees would like to see in the future.

The team consist of a technical product manager, a lead visual designer engineer, an architect/lead developer, and you, a tester/instrument or/web services gap analyzing engineer. We strive to operate like a flexible startup, always lock step with where Apple is going yet able to pivot quickly as needed to accommodate Visa’s needs. We develop with the latest Xcode, refactor all code for the latest version of Swift and use the latest SDKs to build our apps to run all iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches that are still supportable while leveraging the latest iPhone innovations.

You play a very important role for each release. Your duties will include:

- Develop an automation pipeline and multiple frameworks for testing to create a cohesive release process.
- Design test plans for new features and regression test cases with an intense focus on automation and overall app performance.
- Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive,
- Debug failed test cases by analysing logs and API responses and reporting bugs with details.
- Using testing tools to evaluate and verify web service endpoints and partnering with our customers who owns the back-end web services.
- Using GraphQL, assemble the next generation of Web Services requests and validate responses are in line with the visual designs.
- Perform manual testing of the app on numerous devices during development cycles and near release time.
- Migrate all manual test cases into Xcode using XCTest with the intention to have all UI and functional test cases coded using XCTest and fully automated to run in both the simulator and physically connected devices.
- Diagnosing memory, thread, and crash issues along with analyzing crash logs and device logs.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications:

- 2 or more years of work experience (with Apple software developer/testing skills) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an advance degree.

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

- Design, develop, and implement functional testing for iOS mobile apps.
- Must have expert knowledge of Xcode IDE from a development, testing, and instrumentation perspective, including GUI and CLI/developer tools.
- Must be proficient with the use of a MacBook Pro with macOS Monterey or later.
- Must have excellent knowledge of source and versioning control.
- Must have written and maintained test case suites for medium to large scale mobile app and wearables.
- Experience in Agile Software framework using project management tool such as JIRA.
