**Job Description**:
As a Data Analyst, you serve as a bridge between our data and business goals, providing deep insights for making business decisions. You constantly look for innovative ways to optimize the way games are operated.
- Deliver data requests in a timely manner, including but not limited to data extraction, data analysis, data solutions and data visualization
- Advise reliable and best practices of data extraction methods
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and studies into problems raised by business teams
- Facilitate problem-solving process by suggesting hypotheses and corresponding data solutions
- Support Data Scientists on machine learning models for a better understanding of user behaviors
- Construct data pipelines to ease retrieval and analysis of key information
- Support any other ad-hoc data requests from Garena teams

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant degree from a reputable university
- At least 1 year of working experience in a data-related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong in SQL or Python, good knowledge of statistical modeling, and basic understanding of machine learning with prior working experience
- Strong in logical thinking and clear in data presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude
- Fast learner and adaptable to work at a fast pace
- Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus
- Passionate about games in general with at least entry-level gaming industry knowledge
