**Your key responsibilities**:
The Cash Operations Analyst undertakes the processing of transactions and supervision within a functional team.

Responsibilities/Tasks
- Responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions (including performing all relevant controls) within own area of responsibility
- Applies all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs and quality measures
- Provides input, as appropriate, to product / function development to ensure a superior offering in the face of changing client needs and market trends
- Ensures the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate; contributes to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions
- Uses knowledge and experience from own area of responsibility to inform the design and implementation of strategies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency and performance of existing processes and reports
- Works effectively within own team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to create and foster an environment of continuous improvement
- To document process flow diagram and key operating documents

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience in a local /foreign bank and familiar with MAS and ACH ( FAST, GIRO, ACH etc. ) clearing rules.
- Relevant experience in one or more specific products - Counter Services i.e. Cash handling ,Clearing Cheque'S, Giro, FAST, MEPS+, International Payments.
- Product and system knowledge of ACH in the product line within banking.
- Basic analytical skills and flexible regarding production problem solving. Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment.
- Client Focus, ability to think out of the box and takes ownership of problems and issues and solves them
- Excellent team worker and able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the Cash Management Product Offering
