- Position Title**:CNC Programmer/Machinist**:

- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $4,000 + OT + VB**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize Mazak CNC programming to create precision parts according to drawings or technical specifications.
- Conduct CNC milling and lathe programming, and set up jobs on CNC machines efficiently.
- Prepare and organize raw materials, and tools, and generate necessary offline programming to execute jobs.
- Adjust and set machine parameters (feed rate, speed, etc.) based on material type and tool selection to optimize machining speed and quality.
- Execute progressive machining operations to produce precision components.
- Develop detailed machining process plans and accurately estimate cycle times.
- Provide technical support for the daily manufacturing process, including designing jigs and fixtures.
- Assist the Quality Control (QC) department by compiling documentation, supporting instrument calibration, and providing gauge room support.
