**What You’ll Do**
- **Sales Operations Automation**
- Build, optimize, and maintain workflows in **Zapier, n8n, and related tools**to streamline lead management, client communications, and appointment setting.
- Design **AI-driven agents**that qualify leads, trigger WhatsApp outreach, and alert telemarketers in real time.
- **AI Content Creation & Funnel Building**
- Engineer prompts and deploy AI tools to generate marketing copy, sales scripts, and client engagement materials.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create **AI-powered content funnels**that increase inbound lead flow from our target demographic (40-65 years old).
- **Innovation & Growth**
- Experiment with new AI tools and automation platforms to continuously improve efficiency. Heygen, elevenLab for Avatar and voice training for content creation
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows that directly **increase conversion rates and team productivity**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong experience with **Zapier and/or n8n**(must have built advanced automations).
- Knowledge of **prompt engineering and AI model usage**(OpenAI, LLMs, chatbots).
- Solid understanding of **sales funnels, lead generation, and digital marketing automation**.
- Bonus: Experience integrating **CRM systems**, WhatsApp Business API, or AI-driven content marketing tools.
