**You will join our Energy Transition, Offshore Energy Markets** **department**

As our new Tender Engineer you will be part of Markets team, fronting the client and translating their needs into technical and commercial proposals. You will be part of the team responsible for growing the green transition and sustainability agenda to grow the offshore substation business to 4 fold by 2025.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- You will be responsible for managing and leading the tenders though the stage gate process.
- Coordinate with technical discipline to prepare tender documentation and leverage from existing material to build the proposal
- Keep opportunities information live in the CRM system
- Coordinate with technical advisory team to standardise the tender documents and deliverables
- Ensure information flow from client and market is efficiently distributed within the organisation
- Project management of design projects and tenders.

- Minimum 5 years of experience working on Tenders, preferably within Offshore Installations
- Superior communication skills in English
- Previous experience working in Offshore energy sector as an engineer
