**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversees regional markets and supports the organization’s merchandising strategies by providing in-depth analysis on sales, product sell-through, sizing performance, pricing parameters and market trends.
- Responsible for the overall budget forecasting, assortment planning and category management.
- Conducts the seasonal buys for the brand according to the assigned OTB budget.
- Oversees the overall stock movement within the business with a focus on inventory management, allocation, and replenishments.
- Liaises with warehouse and logistics on shipment arrivals, stock distributions and collection launches.
- Conducts inter-store transfers, recalls and consolidation to optimize sales and stock balance.
- Monitors and ensures inventory coverage, size-productivity, and optimal assortment across all points of sales.
- Ideates plans to maximize sales and inventory productivity, including promotion planning, markdown management and liquidation strategies.
- Tracks weekly and monthly performance metrics, identifies key business drivers, and provides insightful analysis on how to hit KPIs and achieve category goals.
- Oversees product planning and allocation for new store/counter openings.
- Works in close collaboration with Retail, Marketing, VM and E-commerce on shipment arrivals, seasonal launches, and product availability.

**Who Are We Looking For**:

- Min. 5 years of merchandising related experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of retail metrics and has a relevant experience in buying & allocation.
- Proven experience in working in teams, collaborative and highly adaptable in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Excel including creating spreadsheets, VLOOKUP formula and pivot tables.
- Enjoys identifying insights, trends, and opportunities able to synthesize data and translate numbers through actionable recommendations.
- Has excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, who is able to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong planning & organization skills with a sense of priority for deadlines.
- A self-starter; able to work independently and cross functionally with mínimal supervision.
- With a strong interest in footwear, fashion & in the retail landscape.
