**Responsibilities**
- Formulate, implement and manage QA/QC documents such as ITP, HAT,SAT and acceptance criteria and test protocols.
- Set up and execute quality control audits at planned stages to ensure products and services meet the contract specifications and shipyard's quality standards.
- Attend material acceptance, Factory acceptance test and sea trial as QA/QC representative as and when required.
- Prepare quality data collection, defect analysis and progress reports.
- Perform quality audits on shipyard's quality system as and when required.
- Represent shipyard ‎to liaise with Class, Owner reps and regulatory bodies for acceptance of inspection, tests and trials.
- Manage the interests of various stakeholders on quality matters.

**Requirements and skills**
- Degree / Diploma in Shipbuilding / Marine or Electrical Engineering.
- At least five years’ experience in a similar capacity in the marine and offshore industry.
- Experience in shipyard to carry out inspection works on all trades (Hull, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, HVAC), and Commissioning will be preferred.
- Good hands-on working knowledge of Class rules and international regulations.
- Meticulous, organised and independent.
- Good communication skills, confident in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project.
- Prior experience in government shipbuilding projects would be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,800.00 per month
