**The Role**
- **Operational Support**:
- Assist in implementing strategic projects by managing day-to-day operations and supporting partner engagement.
- Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure seamless execution.
- **Groundwork for Strategic Initiatives**:
- Conduct research and analysis to inform project strategies and decision-making.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Assist in maintaining relationships with existing partners and identifying potential collaborators.
- Contribute to the organization of meetings, workshops, and events related to strategic initiatives.
- **Data & Insights**:
- Collect and analyze data related to project performance and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project impact and sustainability.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong interest in mental health initiatives and advocacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
