Our core business includes: - IT development servicesProviding customers with IT consulting, software research and development, software and hardware testing, system integration and operation and maintenance, data analysis and other services; - New retail solutions and productsThrough intelligent products, helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) realize the digital transformation of their daily operations; - Internet of Things (IoT) platform and solutionsComprehensive use of IoT, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and other technologies to provide IoT solutions for intelligent upgrades in cities, parks, buildings and industries, to create a smart future. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Leads multiple project teams of other software engineers and firmware engineers, including internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms from NPI through Sustaining. - Provides domain-specific expertise, overall software and firmware leadership, and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities. - Specifies and documents workflows, engagement models, and objectives in partnership with other WW Software and Firmware teams. - Collaborates with hardware engineers to ensure proper integration and communication between hardware and firmware components. - Mentor less-experienced software and firmware engineers and help guide them to successful deliverables. - Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders and executives. - Identify areas of improvement in executing defined solutions and define path-forward actions. - Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders and executives. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor's degree/Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Embedded Systems/Firmware Development or relevant industries. - Experience with multiple software/firmware design tools and languages, such as C, C++, Java/Javascript/Python, etc. - Evaluating forms and processes for software/firmware testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools. - Experience in CI/CD and Agile or other equivalent modern development methods. - Experience in overall architecture of software/firmware and interaction with hardware/software/OS designs for products and solutions. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
