Evaluate latest technology trends that can be leveraged to innovation in events, exhibition and customer experience.
- Liaise with customers and management counterparts for approval of key work, designs, venue and other arrangements.
- Prepare releases for each project involved in the launch of the company’s festivals, functions and concerts where ever necessary.
- Responsible for end to end process in production of events.
- Should possess knowledge in editing, experience in Adobe, Light room.
- Responsible to plan, arrange, execute, pre and post production of events and programmes.
- Coordinate with clients, customers, corporates for events.
- Manage media related enquiries, conferences and other corporate events
- Establish and manage healthy client relationships with brands or agencies.
- Drive deals to closure of events.
- Able to manage customers and resolve conflicts with customers and other departments.
- Responsible to plan, arrange manpower and execute.
- Retain and grow revenue from customers and corporates.
- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service.
- Able to understand the requirements of customers, occasions, share the latest concepts and details to customers and finalize and signoff the events.
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on products to deliver measurable results for clients.
- Serve as an external product consultant on properties that are owned by the company
- Oversee social content planning and strategy and the full programming calendar
- Support the creation and facilitate execution of the content roadmap.
- Should closely reading and understanding key analytics and performance metrics.
- Provide consistent communication, updates, and transparency to leadership, external clients, and stakeholders
- Work with management on all hiring, talent, and contributors to ensure brand values are supported through content development and execution.
- Effectively communicate needs with shared resource groups, from video production to design to programming.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to illustrate and activate ideas and organize the behind-the-scenes planning necessary to execute across cross-functional groups.
- Experience in leading teams working in digital media and social media environments
- To be better in handling crucial situations for smooth operations.
- To be flexible in timing, able to work in any shifts and in rotational holidays.
