Roles & Responsibilities

We provide professional support for IT hardware and IT network infrastructure.
We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer.

**Job Description**:
1. Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting for enterprise IT network equipment and identify root cause for Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall.(Especially Cisco network product, FortiGate firewall)

2. Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting Windows 20012/2019 Servers and Active Directory.

3. Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting Configure & troubleshooting for Hyper-V server

4. Ability to implementation of Cloud services such as Azure, Office 365.

5. Ability to support and troubleshooting for hardware issue and identify root cause for enterprise server and desktop (Windows, Mac OS ), notebook (Windows, Mac OS ), tablet, printer.

6. Managing IT project, coordinate with vendor for schedule and implementation 7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

8. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

9. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus Responsible for all duties of IT engineer.

IT engineer visits the customer place and responds to customer requests for all kind of IT infrastructure.

Provide installation work for IT device and software and provide guidance on how to use the product and software during onsite or regular maintenance or project Responsible to a deep understanding of the product, it is necessary to explain clearly about product characteristics and usage.

When visiting a customer place for repair or problem-solving requesting by customer, customer are required prompt response and IT engineer need to determine root cause and deal with properly.

Responsible to create and update IT infrastructure documentation Engineer need to perform other operation job as well (Eg, helpdesk, Repair/setup, project and other role within same department) in the event of resources required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2years working experience in IT support environment or in related field.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in IT/Computer-Hardware or equivalent.
- Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
- Need to travel on-site customer place.
- Able to speak English
- Salary from $2,900 and above.
- Working Hours :5days /per week, Mon-Friday (9.00am to 18.00pm)
- Location : 5mins from BUGIS MRT
