**Project** Description**:
One of the global banks is expanding its presence in APAC.
Client is looking to hire Business/Solution Architect who will play a key role in their transformation of Transactional Banking

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for an architect with strong background in both transaction banking and technology (cover the different functions and products) while at the same time have a good understanding of emerging business models and products.
- As an Architect for Transaction Banking, you will be leading the design ,development and implementation of innovative business models, leveraging the latest technology trends to ensure the bank’s transaction banking services remain a leader in the industry and relevant.
- Develop and drive the transformation of the overall architecture strategy for the Transaction Banking - while ensuring alignment with the bank’s broader strategic objectives.
- Identify and assessing emerging business models, technologies, and industry trends that can be leveraged to generate new revenue streams and enhance existing transaction banking services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to design and develop innovative solutions that align to industry standard and be the leader in innovation

Communicating the business architecture vision to stakeholders across the organization and keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business architecture.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure buy-in and support for new business models and initiatives.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the Transaction Banking division, fostering an environment that encourages creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas.

**Skills**:
Must have
- MUST HAVE: Experience as a Solution/Business Architect in the financial services industry, with a focus on transaction banking or related services.
- Strong understanding of the various functions and products within transaction banking
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative business models and strategies in transaction banking or related services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the transaction banking landscape, including emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive forces.
- Exceptional technical acumen, with experience in modern technology stacks, cloud-based solutions, and API-driven architectures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
