**JOB MISSION**:
Responsible for Fragrance Development projects for cross-category in creating winning fragrances on client’s briefs.
**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Work on cross-category for ASEAN region.
- Lead projects and coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Application, Marketing, Sales, Perfumers and Regulatory.
- Supporting account managers on client meetings and fragrances submissions.
- Build on internal fragrance collection for specific markets.
- Support FDM team on department activities and proactive work.
- Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.
**EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in related discipline
**AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Olfactive knowledge in SEA Market
