Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering: - Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements. - Translate client requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using OutSystems. - Provide estimates for development efforts and project timelines. 3. Technical Leadership: - Create and sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning. - Collaborate with other teams (such as QA, DevOps, and business analysts) to deliver high-quality solutions. 4. Mobile and Web Solutions: - Work on OutSystems solutions that span both mobile and web platforms. - Ensure seamless integration between mobile and web components. - OutSystems Proficiency: - Strong experience in OutSystems development, including creating modules, screens, and logic flows. - Familiarity with OutSystems Forge components and integration patterns. - Problem-Solving Skills: - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. - Communication and Collaboration: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance professionals. - Mobile and Web Development: - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Someone who has at least > 6-8 years of OutSystems Solutioning and Project Management background, and not pure hardcore programmers (though the person should know how to code and configure OutSystems)
