Reviewing Risk Assessments and Methods of Statements of the different work assigned for the project.
Reviewing Process Safety related documents such as ARA, QRA and Hazop.
Validating new plant P&IDs.

**Project 1**:N2O Plant 2 Commissioning

Location: 20 Tuas West Avenue, Singapore 638432

**What Will You Be Doing?**

He/She would be expected to:
Main Project:

- Involved in the new N2O plant commissioning
- Involved in the N2O waste gas recovery
- Reviewing Risk Assessments and Methods of Statements of the different work assigned for the project.
- Reviewing Process Safety related documents such as ARA, QRA and Hazop.
- Validating new plant P&IDs.
- Process valve interlock testing

General Duties:

- Assist Process Engineer to verify new process lines according to plant P&IDs
- Assist Process Engineer to set and verify Plant operating process parameters based on new process valves and control limits
- Drafting new plant operation standard operating procedures(SOPs) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
- Assist Process Engineer with day-to-day operations at the N2O Plant - manufacturing, production and maintenance.

**Project 2**: Project: Tungsten hexafluoride (WF6) filling facility Commissioning
Location: 20 Tuas West Avenue, Singapore 638432

Reviewing Risk Assessments and Methods of Statements of the different work assigned for the project.
Reviewing Process Safety related documents such as ARA, QRA and Hazop.
Validating new facility P&IDs.
Trial filling for WF6 production Participate in WF6 Failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis(FMECA) and Control Plan write ups.
General Duties: Assist Process Engineer to verify new process lines according to facility P&IDs Assist Process Engineer to set and verify Production operating process parameters based on new process valves and control limits Drafting new Production operation standard operating procedures(SOPs) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) Assist Production Supervisor with day-to-day operations at the Electronic Specialty Gas - manufacturing, production and maintenance.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and flexible to work on engineering projects
- Willing to learn new skills and have analytical thinking
